March ended with another business trip for Matt and a birthday party for Zach. Zachy has been waiting patiently since we began talking about special events at the end of last year! First it was camping, then it was Jesus' birthday, then Thomas' birthday, Harry's birthday, Daddy's birthday and then finally... Zachy's birthday!! WOOHOO!
Although daddy was away and couldn't spend the day with us, Zachy had a wonderful morning opening all the presents from Grandmas and Grandpas, uncles and aunties. He felt so special being able to have a birthday of his very own! Thank you so much uncles and aunties, grandmas and grandpas for being so organised with Zachy's presents. Zachy has enjoyed playing with each and every gift - especially the really loud toy chain saw!
We spent the morning with good friends at the water park (where else to be on a Saturday morning in Townsville!) where we ate cake and played in the water. We ended our day with a video night watching the movie 'Robots' and ate McDonalds!
Zachy got to enjoy his birthday a second time when daddy returned home. We ate more cake and Zachy opened his presents from mummy and daddy. Zachy has enjoyed turning 3!
